The production line is composed of a conical twin-screw extruder, a vacuum setting table, a tractor, a cutting and pasting machine, and a turning material. Different specifications of the conical twin-screw extruder can be selected according to different profile sections and molds.
Extruder: The professional screw design is adopted to make the polymer micro-foaming and plasticizing uniformly and the output is high. Imported brand-name frequency converter is adopted, with stable speed, ensuring the synchronous operation of the main engine and auxiliary equipment.
Vacuum sizing table: A special enlarged vortex cooling system is adopted to facilitate cooling and shaping. According to different molds and sizing tables, specifications such as 4 meters, 6 meters, 8 meters, and 10 meters can be selected to meet the requirements of high-speed extrusion.
Traction machine: using unique lifting technology, stable operation, good reliability, and high traction.
Cutting machine: The moving speed is synchronized with the tractor, with reasonable design, stable operation, automatic fixed-length cutting, and equipped with dust recovery device.
